My SM Terms and Conditions

In order to be eligible to register and become a member of My Sushi Mura, and to participate in offers, promotions and unique experiences offered through My Sushi Mura, you must be at least 13 years of age. Only one membership in My Sushi Mura is permitted per person.
To register and become a member of My Sushi Mura, you must either: (i) go to www.sushimura.ca click on the tab "Sign in", complete the registration instructions and provide all required information (including, without limitation, your full name, a valid telephone number and a unique and valid email address), complete the registration instructions and provide all required information (including, without limitation, your full name, a valid telephone number and a unique and valid email address). As part of the registration process, a personalized, unique profile (including a username and password) will be created that will enable Sushi Mura to provide you Rewards (defined below) and for you to see certain information regarding your relationship with Sushi Mura. Your membership in My Sushi Mura has no cash value and is not transferrable.
From time to time, Sushi Mura may provide you offers, promotions or unique experiences ("Rewards") via My Sushi Mura. Rewards may be valid only for: (i) in-store dining at participating Sushi Mura restaurants; (ii) takeout and delivery from participating Sushi Mura restaurants. Click here to view current Rewards being offered by Sushi Mura. Sushi Mura may impose additional terms and conditions that are specific to any particular Reward at the time of providing you that Reward. Sushi Mura may change any Rewards at any time without notice and Rewards may expire at the sole discretion of Sushi Mura. Rewards may not be exchanged for cash, any cash equivalent or any other products, or combined with other discounts or coupons. Rewards are personal to you, are not transferrable and may be redeemed only in Kamloops in BC, Canada.
4. Obtaining Rewards
The number, type and frequency with which Sushi Mura may provide you Rewards are dependent upon a number of factors, which we may change at any time in our sole discretion, including, without limitation, the number and types of registered purchases that you make at participating Sushi Mura restaurants, the frequency of your usage of My Sushi Mura, the type and amount of personal information that you provide about yourself to Sushi Mura and the type and extensiveness of your participation in other Sushi Mura programs or applications.
5. Redeeming Rewards
Once Sushi Mura has provided you a Reward, you may redeem that Reward in the following ways:
Print Reward:You may log into My Sushi Mura atwww.sushimura.ca print a copy of the Reward, and provide that copy to your server at a participating Sushi Mura restaurant, who will be able to redeem that Reward for you; or
You may only redeem one Reward per transaction. You are not obligated to accept or redeem any Reward provided to you by Sushi Mura. However, any Reward that is not redeemed within the required timeframe specified by Sushi Mura will be forfeited by you without any compensation.
6. Disputes and Uncertainty:
If there is any dispute or uncertainty regarding any aspect of My Sushi Mura, including, without limitation, the identity of any My Sushi Mura member, the provision or redemption of any Reward, or the registration in My Sushi Mura of any purchases you make at participating Sushi Mura restaurant. Sushi Mura's determination of such dispute or uncertainty will be conclusive and final.

In addition to these Terms and Conditions, My Sushi Mura is governed by our General Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated by reference. Our General Terms and Conditions, among other things, limits Sushi Mura's liability to you.

As part of registering for My Sushi Mura, you may be asked whether you consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Sushi Mura, including, without limitation, email, push messaging or text messages. If you consent to receive such electronic messages, such electronic messages may be subject to text message and data rates from your telecom provider. If you consented to receive electronic messages from Sushi Mura and wish to no longer receive such electronic messages, you can click "unsubscribe" on any of those electronic messages, or Contact Us.
Sushi Mura may, in its absolute discretion, revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person, by posting amended Terms and Conditions on www.sushimura.ca. Your continued use of, or participation in, My Sushi Mura after any amendments have been made to these Terms and Conditions will signify your consent to such amendments.
